5 Steps to Pay Your Rent Online Through Our Resident Centre

Fast. Secure. Easy!

In today’s fast-paced digital world, cash is quickly becoming a thing of the past. More and more, people are turning to convenient, secure online methods to handle their everyday transactions, and rent payments are no exception.

At Richmond Property Management, we understand the importance of safety and ease when it comes to paying rent. That’s why our tenant portal is designed with top-notch security features, ensuring your payments are processed safely, efficiently, and with complete peace of mind. Say goodbye to cash hassles and hello to seamless, protected rent payments anytime, anywhere.

Paying rent is now easier than ever! Whether you want to make a one-time payment or set up auto-pay for stress-free months ahead, our Resident Centre makes it simple.

Step 1: Go to Our Website

Go to richmondpm.ca and click on the “Resident Center” tab at the top.

Step 2: Log In to the Resident Portal

Use your Email and Password given to you at the time you signed your lease.

If you don’t have this info please send an email to info@richmondpm.ca

Step 3: Select Payment Frequency 

From the dashboard, click on the “Make a Payment” button

You can also select “Autopay” and we Will automatically collect monthly payments from the bank account.

Step 4: Link Your Bank Account

If it’s your first time, you’ll be prompted to add a bank account.
Follow the secure instructions to connect your checking account.

💡 Note: Only Canadian bank accounts are supported

Step 5: Confirm and Submit

Review your payment details and click “Submit Payment.”
You’ll get a confirmation on-screen and a receipt by email.
